Sid’s Divine Birthday
Sid asked me to paint during his birthday, a private event at 1015 Folsom where many friends had gathered, including the mighty mighty Ana Sia who had a great set. These were done live at the event.

This signature happened while I made “Hero” and I think I like it. It feels sufficiently psychedilisuperhero to me.
It’s an interesting challenge I think all artists hit: what is my stamp, my signature? what says “me” even when I do so many different things?
I like this one. I’ll keep it for a while till I burn it out and go a layer deeper down the rabbit hole.
